Large Family Recipe: Slow Cooker Chili {Gluten-Free}

It has been a learning process to find recipes that are gluten free that our whole house can enjoy. I try to use as many gluten-free recipes as I can so that there isn't so much work to make meals since there are three of us who need to eat this way.

Today I am sharing an easy recipe that I throw together. I like easy some nights and this one is pretty helpful! I hope you enjoy it:

SLOW COOKER CHILI {GLUTEN-FREE}

3 pounds hamburger (or turkey)
3 large cans diced tomato
4 regular cans kidney beans
1 onion, diced
1 cup corn (optional)
3 gluten free-chili seasoning packets

1. Add all the above ingredients into your slow cooker (if you want to drain the fat just fry up the onion and meat first in a skillet then add to slow cooker).

2. Cook on high for seven hours.

3. Add extra toppings when done. Cheese, sour cream, green onion, cilantro, chips, etc.

Enjoy!
